KO is known to run for hours on raods and working out for hours in the gym. In this article I shall be sharing some of the fitness activities he has been doing while at home, which you can also follow. KO believes this is the kind of judgement week for models and actors who are home arrested for couple of weeks, hence to take everything in postive spirit.
Here are four strategies that might  help you to be fit, though you are home arrested at the time of quarantine:
1. Model Karan Oberoi Controls and watch what he eats while he is home arrested:
According to India’s leading male model Karan Oberoi model, who is known today for his rock solid abs says he has been eating foods  that are low in calories, defitately non fried, eating small meals through out the day as he understands while we all are home arrested we cant workout much or may be the way we regularly do. It is very important to eat less oily, less sugar and salt while we all are home arrested at the time of crises we all are going through.
2. Model Karan Oberoi also Makes sure he eat less at this time, and small meals:
Karan Oberoi ‘KO’ believes to eat small meals 6 to 8 a day which helps you to eat less and thus weight loss, he also supports Intermittent fasting, as it is becoming more and more popular. It involves significantly cutting calories or abstaining from food altogether for a portion of the day or week, and then cramming all your calories into a much shorter time window. While you are home arrested you can also try eating after a long duration, which might definately save your half day not eating hence keeping you fit while you are at home. Eating small meals also helps boosting matabolism.
3. KO Tries on spot jumps, and stair running:
We all can do on spot jumping, which takes your heart rate siginificantly higher. Also we all have stairs at home, according to Karan Oberoi ‘KO’ we all can atleast spend half an hour going up and down on stair case, which definitely help you burn calories while you are at home.
4. KO also stresses cooking food in microwave or air fryer:  Tthe best way is to avoid fried food and cook in air fryer or microwave oven,  which does give you the same satisfaction as fried foods and also helps in weight loss. While you are home arrested and you still want to look fit and trim make sure you use air fryer.
5. Drink lot of water:
While you are at home we are bound to water weight then anything else. So also make sure that you drink atleast 5 litres of water everyday to get rid of that bloat look that you might attract if you are addicted of eating salty snacks.
6. Pushups, sit ups and stand ups:
KO, believes never not to underestimate the importance of pushups, sit ups and stand ups, they hold the roots of the body and its high time we all start doing pushups, sit ups and stand ups as we don’t require the help of any fitness instrument or gym to do these. 5 to 10 sets of each consisting of 20 to 50 reps is enough per day to be fit and healthy.
